Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup
Friday, 24 November 2017 by Julie Lieber
The Slow cooker is our best friend during ski season, and ski season has officially begun in our family. There is nothing like coming home from a long ski day, to a warm and hearty chicken noodle soup, packed with vegetables and tender chicken. This soup will be a sure hit among skiers and non-skiers alike! (Adapted from Cooks Country)

Chicken Pot Pie
Friday, 20 October 2017 by Julie Lieber
I grew up eating those frozen individual portion chicken pot pies – they were a special treat and I loved them! The crispy dough top crust and the creamy chicken and veggies inside were a great combination. When I make chicken pot pie for my family, I usually make one big pot pie in a 9 by 13 dish, but if you are really motivated, you can make individual pot pies in ramekins. Either way, they will love them!

Mushroom Alfredo

Who doesn’t like pasta alfredo? This is pasta alfredo with a little less guilt…I use whole grain pasta, lots of mushrooms, peas and just enough cream to make it taste like alfredo. Make this once and your family will keep on requesting it! (Adapted from Everyday Food)
