This may be the easiest fish recipe I make and each time I bring it somewhere, people rave about it. The simple spice mix of brown sugar and chili powder, spread over the salmon, turns into a sweet and spicy glaze while it cooks. You and your family will be licking up the extra sauce…
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 TBS Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 8- ounce Salmon fillets or one side of salmon

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, chile powder, salt and pepper.
- Put the salmon on the baking sheet. Evenly distribute the brown sugar-spice mixture over the top of the fillets. Press well into the flesh of the fish so that it will form a somewhat thick crust.

- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness and desired doneness.
