The Taste Guru team finds, tastes, and evaluates a huge assortment of gluten-free food from all over the world. If we like it, we know you will as well!

Users select a plan that works best for them. Every Taste Guru subscription plan is a great value, at least 20% off retail. Every month a box of delicious gluten-free food will be delivered directly to your door.

Whether it is because of celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, or a simple desire to just eat better, more and more people are turning to a gluten-free diet to stay healthy and feel good. But not all gluten-free foods are created equal, and finding the best gluten-free products can often be a time and cost-consuming process of trial and error. Our mission at Taste Guru is to do the heavy lifting so that you don’t have to — we think a gluten-free lifestyle should also be worry-free (not to mention, savored bite by bite).

The way to get started is to choose the plan you want. We have a three-month, six month, and year plan. Click on the plan you want and start entering in all of your information. Always triple check that your shipping information is correct. After you sign up you just wait for the box and all of the goodies to arrive.

As part of your subscription, every month you will get a box of 6-8 delicious tasting gluten-free products recommended and reviewed by people who live a gluten-free lifestyle and have very discerning palates. Your box may also include a variety of coupons, magazines, recipes, and exclusive offers.

If it is your first box, it depends on the date you sign up. If you sign up after the cutoff for the month you will be placed on the following months list. So there may feel like a delay in the arrival of the box, but it is on its way. Your account will have updates and information provided.

We begin our shipping process around 15th of the month from Colorado. You will receive a notification via email with your tracking number. The packages will arrive within 3-10 business days after receipt of your email, depending on your location. Please check your "Thanks for Subscribing" email for more information on which month's box you will be getting and when it will ship.

You are able to do it yourself first going to our home page, and clicking on the person icon to access your account. Then click "my subscriptions". You will see the button "Disable" if you click on that your subscription will NOT auto-renew.

You also have the option to email and we can set that up for you. If you have a monthly subscription and cancel prior to your renewal date you will not be charged for another subscription. If you do not cancel prior to the renewal date we do not offer refunds and you will have to pay for another subscription. You will receive an email to the email address you provided letting you know 7 days before the renewal happens. Again, package subscriptions are non-refundable but if you have a two, three, six, or twelve-month subscription you can transfer or gift your remaining months. We appreciate your business. If you need to change your password go to our home page, Click on thethe person icon to access your account. The login window will pop up. Click on "forgot your password?" Enter your email address and click on continue.

You will be prompted to check your email. Open the email from Taste Guru and click on the link. You will then be prompted to enter in a new password. Once you have entered in your new password click continue and your password will be changed and you will be logged into your account.

If you need to change your billing or shipping address, please go to our home page, Click on thethe person icon to access your account.

If you are not logged into your account follow the prompts to login in. Once you have logged or if you are already logged in your click on "edit my billing address" or "edit my shipping address." Enter in your new billing or shipping address and click "use this address" at the bottom of the page.

This will add the new address to your address book and set it as the default billing or shipping address.

Note: Addresses must be changed before the first of the month. If not the address will be changed for the following month.

With a monthly subscription, we charge your credit card for the first month at the time of purchase. After that, we charge your credit card on or around the same day of the month for each month that follows. For annual subscriptions and gift subscriptions, we charge your card for the full amount at the time you purchase your subscription. Boxes are delivered monthly.

When you purchase a one, three, six, or twelve-month subscriptions, we charge your credit card at the time of purchase. Once your initial package is sent, we will continue your subscription as a one, three, six, or 12-month subscription until you cancel. The only charge you will see after the initial subscription day is on the automatic renewal of the subscription you pick. We will e-mail you if we have any problems billing you with your credit card on file.

We expect to provide some customization in the future but we currently do not offer customization of our boxes. We have tasting teams and our Taste Guru employees that work really hard to ensure the items in the box are awesome. We want to send you products that you will love and enjoy!

We may be required to charge sales tax to orders shipped to California, Colorado, and New York addresses. We will contact you before we charge you to let you know the status.

Shipping is FREE with our subscriptions. We use UPS to ship our monthly boxes. We don't offer overnight shipping at this time. If we send you a box and UPS is unable to deliver for various reasons there may be a 10.00 fee to re-ship you your box. Any purchases made from our online store (bedsides the subscription boxes) will have a shipping fee that will be applied.

If you signed up before the cut-off of the month, you will receive an email with a tracking number once the label had been created. Every month, boxes will begin shipment starting on the 15th.

We ship through UPS Ground and there is no signature necessary. If carrier is unable to enter a building such as an apartment complex, they will attempt to deliver three times before sending the box back to Taste Guru. If there is no one home to accept the third attempt, there will be an extra charge to reship the box back to you. If it is a house UPS will find a safe place to leave the box like the front door or a side door. There is also an option to leave special shipping instructions when placing the order.

Yes, we can insert a great Taste Guru greeting card for an extra charge of $.99 with a special note written by you. Please contact us at to place your card order.

We ship to all 50 US states and APO addresses, but unfortunately we don't ship to Canada, International, or PO boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

First check the emails you have received from Taste Guru to look for a tracking number for your package. You can visit: to track your package. If the package is lost or damaged you may file a claim with UPS. UPS will then contact us regarding the claim. Once UPS contacts us we will work hard to get you a new box to ensure you get your order in full.

However, if any of the products were damaged in shipping or appear defective, please email us We'll be happy to replace those products or provide a solution to get them replaced. Yes, it's best to place your order now so that you don't miss out on another box! When you place an order after the sold-out date, we'll reserve next month's box for you. No. Companies can't pay for placement in one of our boxes, which is how we guarantee that the products we recommend are truly the best picks.

You have one more step on our website in order to receive your first box! In order to redeem your Groupon, Gilt City, or other voucher, you will need to visit the link provided on your voucher email where you will find both an option for a renewing subscription or an option for a non-renewing subscription that is non-renewing. Follow the directions outlined in your voucher and enter your billing and shipping information to receive your box.
