You may have some questions about Taste Guru and our service. Check here first for some answers.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you have a monthly subscription and cancel prior to the first of the month, you will not be charged for the next month. If you have an annual subscription, you can transfer or gift your remaining subscription. Contact Us and we will take care of the details.

What do I receive when I sign up for a subscription?

As part of your subscription, every month you will get a box of 4 - 5 delicious tasting gluten free products recommended and reviewed by people who live a gluten free lifestyle and have very discerning palates.

When do you charge my credit card?

With a monthly subscription, we charge your credit card for the first month at the time of purchase. After that, we charge your credit card on or around the same day of the month for each month that follows. For annual subscriptions and gift subscriptions, we charge your card for the full amount at the time you purchase your subscription. Boxes are delivered monthly.

When will I receive my monthly Taste Guru box?

Our boxes ship around the 16th of the month from Colorado and New York. They will arrive 3 - 7 business days later (depending on your location). You must sign up before the 10th of each month to receive that month's box. 

Can I customize the content of the box I am about to send or receive?

We expect to provide some customization in the future, but hope we are sending you products that you will love. We do not offer further customization of our boxes at this time.

If I want to purchase additional products, where can I find them?

Your box's insert may include product information. Shortly the current month's shopping page on TasteGuru.com will also include a way to purchase more of the products you love and found in our box. Stay tuned.

Are there any other charges?

We may be required to charge sales tax to orders shipped to California, Colorado, and New York addresses. We will contact you before we charge you to let you know the status.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is FREE with our subscriptions. We use UPS to ship our monthly boxes and shower gift boxes. We don't offer overnight shipping at this time but if you need a gift and want to make sure you get it on time, please email  This email address is being protected from spambots. Do you ever take paid placements?

No. Companies can't pay for placement in one of our boxes, which is how we guarantee that the products we recommend are truly the best picks.

I got a charge that I didn't expect—what happened?

When you purchase one of our 3-, 6-, or 12-month packages for yourself, we charge your credit card at the time of purchase. Once your initial package is completed, we will continue your subscription as a 3-, 6-, or 12 month subscription until you cancel. We will e-mail you if we have any problems billing you with your credit card on file. You can cancel at any time — please see our FAQ below about cancellation policy for directions.

Do you ship to Canada or international addresses?

We ship to all 50 US states and (for our military families) to APO addresses. But unfortunately we don't ship to Canada or to international addresses. Yet.

I am a small manufacturer of gluten-free products. How can I submit my product for evaluation?

We love hearing from new companies. Please use our Vendor Contact page to submit the products you would like us to consider. We'll contact you if we are interested.

If I sent a gift subscription to a friend, can I be notified when the recipient redeems the gift?

Of course! We'll send you an email when your friend redeems the gift as soon as possible. If I signed up for an annual subscription and have a few remaining boxes to receive, can I transfer the subscription to a family member for them to try out the service? What is your return policy?

While we don't accept returns on our monthly boxes, if any of the products were damaged in shipping or defective, email  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  or call 888-840-0053. We'll be happy to replace those products ASAP. We do our best to pick delicious, new and exciting products you will love. We welcome your feedback and the opportunity to make Taste Guru the best it can be.

Where can I provide my feedback for the products I received?

We welcome your feedback and comments. Please use our Contact Us page to submit your product and/or box reviews.

This month's box is sold out! Can I still place an order?

Yes, it's best to place your order now - so you don't miss another box! When you place an order after the sold-out date, we'll reserve next month's box for you. It will ship around the 15th of next month. Remember you must sign up before the 10th of each month to receive that month's box.
